Effective date: June 01, 2026
Thank you for choosing TapTap Music Player. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using TapTap Music Player, the TapTap Music website, and related features. By installing, accessing, or using TapTap Music Player, you agree to these Terms.
TapTap Music Player is an Android app designed to help users control music playback more conveniently. The app can help you play or pause music using TapTap controls, lock screen popup controls, quick panel controls, and compatible Android media sessions.
TapTap Music Player does not provide music files, streaming music, copyrighted songs, or downloadable music content. The app is designed to control music playback from apps, services, or media already available on your device.
By using TapTap Music Player, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the effective date on this page. Continued use of TapTap Music Player means you accept the latest version of these Terms.
You agree to use TapTap Music Player responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app in a way that damages, disables, overloads, interferes with, or disrupts the app, your device, other apps, or third-party services.
You must not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, distribute, or misuse any part of TapTap Music Player unless you have written permission from us.
TapTap Music Player works with Android media controls and may interact with third-party music apps installed on your device. We do not own, control, provide, or manage the music, audio files, streaming services, playlists, or content used by those third-party apps.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and play any music or audio content controlled through TapTap Music Player.
Some TapTap Music Player features may require Android permissions such as Notification Access, Modify System Settings, overlay permission, or related device settings. These permissions are used to make app features work, such as detecting active music sessions, showing lock screen controls, changing screen timeout settings, or enabling quick access controls.
You can enable or disable permissions from your Android device settings at any time. Some features may stop working if required permissions are disabled.
TapTap Music Player may offer a free trial, lifetime premium unlock, redeem codes, optional support access, or optional coffee tips. Premium features, pricing, and availability may vary by country, platform, device, or Google Play settings.
Purchases are handled through Google Play or other supported payment systems. We do not directly control Google Play billing, refunds, payment approval, or payment method availability.
If you purchase premium access, it is your responsibility to manage your Google Play account, payment method, and purchase history. Refund requests may be subject to Google Play policies.
We may provide redeem codes or manual premium access for users who cannot access normal payment infrastructure. Redeem codes and manual access may expire, may be limited to certain users, and may be changed or withdrawn if misused.
Redeem codes have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred unless we clearly allow it.
TapTap Music Player, including the app name, layout, design, code, graphics, icons, website content, and related branding, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the app for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from TapTap Music Player without written permission.
We may update, improve, remove, suspend, or change parts of TapTap Music Player at any time. Some features may depend on Android version, device manufacturer, device settings, Google Play services, or third-party music apps.
We do not guarantee that every feature will work on every Android device or every version of Android.
TapTap Music Player depends on Android system behaviour, media sessions, notification access, device settings, and third-party app compatibility. Because Android devices and manufacturers behave differently, some features may not work the same on every phone.
We may try to improve compatibility, but we cannot guarantee perfect support for all devices, all music apps, or all Android versions.
TapTap Music Player is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We aim to provide a useful and reliable app, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
You use TapTap Music Player at your own risk. You are responsible for your device settings, permissions, music apps, and how you use the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, data loss, device issue, missed playback action, app conflict, payment issue, third-party app issue, or unexpected result arising from your use of TapTap Music Player.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using TapTap Music Player at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe the app is being misused, abused, copied, attacked, or used in breach of these Terms.
